Welcome - I’ve been in the business since 2004. After cutting my teeth on the dawn of the Great Recession, I not only survived the downturn and foreclosure crisis but was able to build my solo practice into a regional, independent brokerage.  In that time, I’ve seen the industry change and there is more change on the horizon. The traditional brokerage model and solo agent practice will become increasingly more difficult with new, highly capitalized competitors.  On our team, however, we provide the leads, proven and repeatable systems, technologies, and training/coaching for our agents to remain focused on developing business and providing clients with a 5 Star service experience.
